Made by hand, it is only a matter of what type of wine we want to produce using small oak winemakers, wooden hydraulic hand-press and with no electricity, the whole process happens by bringing back the old methods of winemaking with modern winemaking scope and minimal interference. We are trying to showcase the varieties’ intricacies by working with them individually and experimenting with different types of wines.
